Returns accepted on non-custom pieces, buyer pays return shipping, full refund issued.
Though the wire wrapping techniques I use can hold up to wear and tear, accidents do happen. If you have any trouble with your jewelry (i.e. it breaks in transit or within a month of normal wear), I will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send it back for repair or a full refund.
