So yes, these Valentines are cheap and easy but they are also ADORABLE. I'm actually using these as favors at an upcoming baby shower. This a pack of 8 DIY notecards and kraft envelopes. I'll tell you just how easy they are to make.
Step 1: Purchase a package of awesome 12x12 card stock that is blank on the back. (Bonus: This type of card stock is usually less expensive than double-sided and don't forget to use your coupon at Michaels, Joann's or Hobby Lobby.)
Step 2: Cut the card stock into 4.25 x 5.5in pieces. Create coordinating sets of 8.
Step 3: Place the notecards with 8 matching envelopes and wrap up with pretty ribbon.
Optional: I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out hearts with slits on either side. Then I stamped 'thank you' on the heart since I will be using these as favors.
I also added a matching pencil and a 3-D sticker (I cut one sticker off a package of stickers from the dollar bin at Target! Made by American Crafts. So cute!).
Don't you prefer these kinds of Valentines to candy? I mean, unless the candy is chocolate, of course.
