Currently Crafting: June Card Challenge

Did you see the last time I participated in DCWV's card challenge? I really like following-along with this challenges because it gives me some parameters to start with. But I like being able to put my spin on it. Here's this month's challenge.
I started out making a 'test' card. Which is really just an excuse to make more paper rosettes because they are one of my favorite things to make. I have no idea why, I just love the way a rosette looks.
I used some old school paper (not 'old-school' - literally, school paper that is old, haha!), DCWV's Bright Stack & DCWV's Snapshot Stack. And an old button from my Grandma's collection, May Arts lace ribbon and Tim Holtz Distress Ink.
Please excuse the slight blurriness of this photo. I absolutely could not get a clear photo. This is the 'final' version I made for the challenge. I used DCWV Brights Stack (the red paper) & DCWV Snapshot Stack.
I really loved making these rosettes and now I'm on a kick. Anyone need some paper rosettes? ;)

  1. I ADORE this card. Simply adore. I have never crafted or done any diy projects before, but following your blog has been such an inspiration. I now have a couple simple items on my to-craft list that I just bought supplies for :)
