DIY: Packaging

I'm months behind in sending a gift to a friend, 

so I decided to package it up today.

Here are the results!

The basic premise of this effect was the idea of pickling.

I mixed about 75% water to 25% paint and splattered it on a kraft bag and resume paper.

I used a piece of cardboard as a notecard (with the paint mix brushed on),

 and the resume paper as wrapping paper. 

I love the coordinated (but not matchy-matchy) look!
